In order to provide the
best service, for you, your pet and others, we have established
the following policies. PAYMENT
Payments for walking or sitting service are paid in full
at the time of booking or on the first day service
beings. We accept cash or checks payable to The Pet
Nanny of Bridgeport.
CANCELLATIONS
24 Hours Notice is required. Any cancellation made after
7 AM on the day of a scheduled service or series of
service are not refundable.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
A $50.00 non refundable deposit must be paid
for reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas,
and New Year’s at
the time of booking.
HOLIDAY CHARGE
Holiday charges will apply for the following
holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve and Christmas
Day.
VISITS
Clients with a dog booking the Pet Nanny of Bridgeport for a prolonged period of time agree to a minimum
of 2 visits per day. Exceptions may be on the day
of departure and day of arrival. Clients with cats
agree to a minimum of 1 visit per day.
VISITS BEFORE 7 AM OR AFTER 8 PM
Visits made before 7 am and/or after 8 pm are subject
to an additional $10.00 charge.
KEY COPIES
We must have 2 tested/working keys at the time of consultation
or an additional $10.00 will be added to your bill
to make a duplicate key.
KEY RETURN
A key drop off charge of $10.00 will be applied for any
keys returned in person.
A charge of $6.00 will apply for any keys returned by
certified mail.
RETURN HOME PROCEDURE
Once you have returned home please call 503-915-6003 and
leave a message of your safe return home. If no message
is received the Pet Nanny will assume that your pet
needs a visit then a visit will be made and you will
be charged a regular service visit plus an additional
$10.00. |
